FAQ’s

Covid-19 test results on arrival

We require all attendees to test themselves using a lateral flow test. A lateral flow test result is valid for 48 hours, so we advise the test to be done on the morning of arrival.

Upon completing the test, the result must be reported to the NHS via Report a COVID-19 rapid lateral flow test result to receive a text message or email confirming their negative status. These will be checked on entry by gate staff. Anyone without proof of a negative test will be refused entry along with anyone they have travelled with regardless of their Covid status.

Lateral Flow Tests can easily be acquired from the government website for home delivery or they can be collected from local chemists. Bring spare tests with you, if you leave the site you will need to retest if coming back as before.

A positive result from an NHS Lateral Flow Test means it’s likely you had coronavirus when the test was done. You and anyone you live with must not attend Tutti Frutti and self-isolate immediately. You are advised to get a PCR test to confirm your result as soon as possible and follow the government guidelines for what to do next.

When will happen if there’s another lockdown or Covid-related shutdown etc…?

The event will only run without social distancing. Due to it taking place at Pontins, it isn’t classed as a mass gathering. So we are confident the event will be able to go ahead in October. But we know after the last few years things can change quickly… If for any reason the event can’t go ahead due to Covid related issues, you will get a full refund on the ticket or the option to transfer your ticket to an equivalent event in the future (but not the main festival).
